SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy and Delivery Information outlines competitive shipping options within North-America and the rest of the world. Standard Shipping is available for regular orders including "Heavy" or "Oversized" items, which require tailored freight quotes due to specialized handling needs. Shipping is without limit to North-America and the world, with no service to PO Boxes. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with standard shipping times of 5-10 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided via email at activezen@shopzen.fitness once the order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel (swimwear) are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
