3. Orders and Payments

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays. Damages must be reported within 48 hours. Risk of loss and title transfer to the user upon delivery to the carrier.

 

 

5. Return and Refund Policy

Items returned without authorization will not be refunded. Certain items, such as apparel, used, or customized equipment, may be final sale. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Damages must be reported within 48 hours. The processing of refunds may take up to 14 days and you also have 14 days to initiate any exchange, return and refund.

 

 

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Using fitness equipment involves risks of injury; consultation with a doctor is strongly recommended before starting a fitness program. Users assume all risks of injury or damage resulting from product use. Products must be used according to instructions.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for damages arising from product use. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the product.
